2023 CrossFit Games Open WOD 23.1

As many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of the following:

60 Calories rowed

50 Toes-to-bar

40 Wall ball shots (20/14)@(10/9′)

30 Power cleans (135/95)

20 Ring muscle ups

    180 reps, TB time 10:25
    Did this year scaled due to shoulder not ready for Rx

    Went ahead and did banded strict plu and got back to rower just for the exercise. Banded plu were tough! But it felt great to get back in to doing plu!!!! Got through 7 cals on round two.
