    I modified lunges and HPC to 32# and 24″ box HSPU. All else Rx. I need to really work on connecting my plu’s because I feel myself forming the bad habit of just dropping down instead of pushing the bar away to move into the next kip. My double unders felt great….getting there 8n tiny baby steps.
