    I just worked in late engagement and getting my toes has high as I could for toes to bar. But the bike felt GOOD! The d balls felt light. The row was strong. Those wallballs were smooth. I was so impressed with my performance. Run was slower but I’m focusing on strengthening my left glute so I stay focused on the run.
