I gave that row literally everything my body had in me today! My biceps and legs felt sore before starting but it was a fun push with Coach Wade!

Total time was 25 something I think. I had a hard time recovering after the row. Heavy thrusters felt better as I went on.

First time to do the 500m row all out. I came out just a tad too hot and fell off a few strokes in the middle. I didn’t have much to give the last 100m so when I do this again I slow my pace in the beginning.
Total time 18:37 63#. My burpees felt slow and I rested too much on the thrusters. Next time will try to do all 6 unbroken.
Need to work on using my legs more on the bike. I’m letting my arms do all the work and the legs are just trailing behind.
