    Things felt tight in my upper back and I probably should’ve taken it easier today.

    The tripod felt better than the past. Headstand was able to break free from the wall!!!!

    Went 83# on thrusters into the 3rd round and my shoulder to my neck seized up. Rough time but I’ll probably retest this in the future. Great work from everyone else in the noon class!
