Chin over bar. Cut the PLU in half…
Went nice and easy with lots of breaks.
Still fatigued from Murph and life! Lol
The row was slooooooooooooooooow. Finished in 22ish. 22# thrusters, banded chest to bar (only able to get about 20 C2B and then it just became chin over bar)
Went reverse order. Capped with 400m left on the row. Chin over bar pull ups
Reverse order missed the cap by 30 seconds.
