100 Dumbbell Hang Squat Clean Thrusters (35’s/25’s)

For Time*

*Starting at minute 1, stop performing DBHSCT’s, and perform 5 burpees. Repeat this at the top of every minute until finished with the DBHSCT’s.

    That’s a 8+ Min PR.
    I finished and I didn’t cry.

    I used 4 different rounds to just do burpees and give my body a little recovery before I hit a wall. Next time I will try no rest rounds. Todays goal was just to finish.

    This is a burpee workout for me. As bad as I am at this workout I wonder if I should do bigger sets at the beginning.

    Shoulders were getting fatigued. Need to remember to thrust and not press the weight atthe beginning.

    Goal was 10 first round then sets of 5. I had some bad rounds from the 10-17 min mark when I was considering quitting. I’m glad that I didn’t quit and kept going.

    Hit time cap with 88. Back started fatiguing out because I was arching my back going down and coming up on burpees. Too many strategy minutes taken. Original attempt at Healthzome was 50 and tapped out.
