    407 mod PLUs on round 8 so I didn’t rip my hands!

    I kept a great pace on barbell cycling, burpees, and ski

    I like this setup! It is very easy to start out too fast. We started ski first through the 9 round. Then went to the bike. I think that was a good plan.
