I went to slow during the row and wall balls thinking of the next movement. Row was 3:20. Should have pushed those harder and I could have gotten a couple muscle ups. T2b did not get into my cardio and the cleans weren’t too bad.

I like to always think of nothing more than the next 5 reps. So even though the numbers are high I’m able to stay mentally focused. It works most of the time!

I did get 5 toes to bar then the rest were either attempts or knees to chest.
Getting on the bar faster after wallballs would’ve helped me complete the cleans. 93# felt pretty good considering I muscle cleaned almost all of them. Was a great grind. Honestly my sticking point was the rower because it’s so monotonous for me. Once I got past that I knew the rest would be just moving.
70+ did 150 w/mods What an inspirational 12:00 class!!!

Got 35 T2B and then had to switch to attempts and then knee raises. The wall balls were the absolute worst part for me. Although, I am getting stronger at the 14# ball. The cleans were 63# and felt very doable.
