    Swod- worked up to 155 for 2 sets. Then dropped back to 135 to work form.

    *I tried one double under, but the knee felt weird on the landing, so I don’t think it is ready for that yet. Have not been working OHS yet on knee, so just stayed in a power position with a solid receiving position.
