Didn’t make it to Kelly’s house and I’m not upset about it! This was a tough one the day after a tough one. I was happy to get 2’s strung together with my C+J.
I ended with 8 OHS and still had Kelly’s house.
Ripped my thumb on pull-ups and the barbell rubbing it was VERY painful.
BUT I did everything Rx so that was a huge success since I did it last time.
My poor hands just get torn apart on pull-ups.
