8 Overhead squats (115/73)

8 Toes to bar

As many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

6 Overhead squats (135/93)

6 Toes to bar

    The percentage was little high for me. Next time push harder on first section to get more reps in at lower weight. Did 5 rounds of first section.
