Those DL felt heavy!
10:19 Rx DL’s, pull up progressions with active feet – broke my toe last week so I had to modify that.
Need to work on connecting heavy DLs but 3 felt good at that weight.

SWOD: 11 pound PR! 57# to 68# Tried for 73#, but no go.
CWOD: 7:23 (88# deadlift, green and red banded pull ups). I had to really fight for the last set of pull ups.
