Rx’d everything except left leg pistols. Due to knee, I held on to a pole when doing the left leg.
SWOD:
Safely worked up to 265#. Did not let myself get any lower than a 3-4″ drop due to knee.
I loved “Rowling”! I HAVE to try that game again and see if I can beat my score. 12

Modified and used red band for ring dips, box for HSPU, used red and green band for pull ups. I need to talk to the coaches about next pregression for HSPU. I was disappointed that my time was :36 slower than last time, but I did RX pistols on all but 3 (my heel touched the ground) so I was pleased with that progress even if it slowed me down a little bit. 35# SDHP, Thurster and Snatch
