    99 scaled to 63#
    First barbell WOD since my bicep tendonitis.

    Felt good just couldn’t cycle the barbell yet. Box jumps at 24 went really well. I’m definitely improving on those.

    I did 24” bc my knee is not ready for 30” yet.
    I did beat my previous score at the same load and height by 15!

    Loved this WOD! I worked on cycling my cleans and not pausing on the other movements. Felt good to move after some time off. Trying to get back to consistency! Nice work noon class!
