    I did retest 6 min row test, had to do it at my other gym because of time constraints today.
    1471m that’s 17 more meters than last time

    Avg: 2:02.3 improved my average by 1 second

    I also can’t breathe well due to terrible allergies but I did improve so that’s wonderful!
