    After the 2nd round I walked the majority of the remaining runs. It was embarrassing.

    Definitely wear runners during this WOD. I debated, but did wear my runners and was happy I did.

    Way slower than PR. Runs and squats were slow due to knee. Can’t wait till it is fixed and 100%!!!!
