DNF. Took wrong route on run.
29:34 Rx and a PR!!!!!!
Shaved over a minute off my previous time. So proud of that! My first run was awesome. Last run was hard but not feeling impossible like the hills we use to have!
Strong work girl! Fun night class!
24:26 Rx (0:20 PR)
7:24 first mile
Maintained less than 2:15 row pace and slow stroke rate
7:50 second mile
I’m really happy with this.
Haven’t been working much long conditioning in a while. Fun class!

First mile was 9:54
Second mile was 11:20
8:40 on row and transitions.
Walked maybe 25% of first mile and half of second. Running is a big weakness I need to work.
My first “Jerry”! 31:42. I have no idea how long it took me for each mile or the row, but I felt like the row was the hardest part. Need to continue working that conditioning.
