30:52 Rx-ish toes to bar is still a struggle. Had to move to knee raises cause I got a baby rip in my hand. Partnered with Wade.
80# dball cleans with no belt felt good. My legs got pretty smoked through that first round of them but I pushed through and was happy with my performance today!
