Conditioning:

Every minute on the minute, for 10 minutes, perform the following:

Odd minutes: 3 Wall walks

Even minutes: 10 Parallette facing burpees

… Rest 4:00 then …

Every minute on the minute, for 10 minutes, perform the following:

Odd minutes: 12/9 Calories biked

Even minutes: 15 Wall ball shots (20/14) @ (10/9′)

 

Strength:

10 D-ball cleans (weight is athlete’s choice)

2:00 Rest

 

3 Sets for quality

    Holy moly ouch!
    What a way to round out a hard week of training.
    Part 1: 52 Rx couldn’t get all 3 wall walks. Most rounds only got 1. Almost got all the burpees except the last round.
    Part 2: 102 Rx
    could not get all wall balls after round 1.
    Got the 9 cals in the first two. My legs are absolutely smoked.

    Only got two rounds of D-ball cleans first round 50#, second round 80# for 6 reps. Time for recovery!
