Uhhh that deadlift was SO heavy finished in 9 something and completely exhausted. The body was VERY tired from the last week. Looking forward to retesting this in the future though.
45 reps at 73#’s, made it to the 8th round, felt smooth and really enjoyed the C&Js
5:15 @ 165# bailed on 10 reps so I went from 7-6-5-4-3-2-1 next time will finish and push through even if I drop it. Wade noticed my form was a little off for the DLs, I was probably worrying about that lower back – that’s A LOT of DL reps!
