I was rx; Sarah was did rx C2B and C&J, but had to scale the HSPU to box HSPU due to shoulder feeling “tweeky”. lol; Kile did rx C2B and HSPU, did 145# on C&J.
Pushed bike pretty good, held low 90’s on first 600m, mid to upper 80’s on second, and low to mid 80’s on third.
Strong work Coach and Kile!!
