This was the first WOD I have ever done when I thought I might actually puke. It was so hard to climb up that 20″ box to complete our last set of jump pull ups. Daniel called out counts, reminded me of active recovery times, and gave words of encouragement. Thanks for being such a great partner! We completed all but the last 400 meter run and finished our last pull up at 34:47. I feel great about the work we put in!

And I agree! 6 years of CF and I think this was the closest I got to puking! It was a looooong push!! So proud of Team Short Stack! 🙂
