    Started out with a 16 but box jumps got in my head! It was early, coming off the burpees bar overs makes it a challenge also but eventually I gotta get on that 20” box like a big girl!

    153 reps @ 155# and 24” box
    Still taking it easy on my leg. I don’t think it was ready for 30” today. Felt good all the way through. Felt a little tightness when stepping down with my left leg. So glad it is getting better!!
