Row notes: damper on 7 and stroke rate high. Hard and fast pulls. Saw over 1800 for the first time! Kept it above 1700 and tried not to die. But I think a part of me died on that rower today.

I can DEFINETELY tell I have not been working heavy OHS! Set one felt SOOOOOO heavy! Set 2 felt much better, but clearly showed a weakness. Time to work the weakness!
