As many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 Alternating dumbbell snatches (50/35)

10 Dumbbell box step ups (50/35)* to (24/20″)

…Rest 5 min then…

As many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 Overhead plate stationary lunges (45/35)

10 Sledge swings (10/8)

 

 

For total reps completed

*Use a single DB for box step ups
