    Felt pretty good. Went very slow on row and DLs. Burpees, pull-ups, and HSPU felt good! T2B felt ok on back, we shall see how it feels tomorrow!

    Did everything Rx until round 9 I did 2 dips Rx and then went to a purple band for the rest of the WOD
    Everything else Rx, pistols felt good!!

    I start this wod off wrong every year. Did not disappoint again this year.

    Rather slow in comparison to previous years and PR. After 2 weeks of defensive tactics training (combatives) at the academy, my body is still pretty tired. Felt good moving through WOD. Did all exercises each round unbroken.
