NTFS: Go faster on run and PU and take less rest. But keep holds the same.

Followed my plan: 1:45/1:35/1:25/1:15
Good pace on run, broke up PU, and rested about 90 seconds between rounds.
Next time, run a little faster and rest a little less between rounds. Don’t adjust grip. I don’t think that helps. Get a good grip and just hold it.
