Did step ups because my depth perception is off.

Didn’t know about the change to filthy fifty and had to work out at home, so did a post-marathon modified lumberjack 20.
Substituted run with row, weights 105/55 on lifts, 35# KB, 30#DBs
Everything else Rx. My legs are still much more tired than I realized.
Filthy Fifty CWOD: 37:05 jumped 12″ box, 10# wall ball, RX KB/push press, sit ups instead of knee to bar, made it half way through the wall balls so I missed out on the burpees and 100 single unders.

I did this one Rx (except) I had to change K2E to GHD SU. Shoulder not ready for K2E yet. I took some of the shoulder stuff a little slow, but I was toast condition wise! :/
