    SWOD: 10 reps at 138#. Pleased with that, especially since I’m feeling a bit sluggish at 5:30am and 15 degrees on the thermometer. :-/

  3. CWOD: got through 12 T2B 3rd round. I couldn’t string ANY T2B together today. Zero. Zilch. None. Bah.
    SWOD: 5 @ 173. Not feeling strong today.
