Like D, I had a plan going in…6×25. Went to plan B after the first 3 sets of 25…25,25,25,15,15,15,10,10,10.
Karen 7:31 Rx. Almost a 5 minute PR from 2015! Did 4 sets of 15 and then 10s. Liked this strategy.
SWOD: worked up to 16#. Strict PLU feeling much better even being sore after ring dips yesterday.
