    Karen. 8:11 Rx. Had a very good plan going in. Went to Plan B very quickly. Gonna hurt tomorrow.

    1:08 PR! Felt great to do well on this one! My quads are toast!!
    Like D, I had a plan going in…6×25. Went to plan B after the first 3 sets of 25…25,25,25,15,15,15,10,10,10.

  5. Karen 7:31 Rx. Almost a 5 minute PR from 2015! Did 4 sets of 15 and then 10s. Liked this strategy.
    SWOD: worked up to 16#. Strict PLU feeling much better even being sore after ring dips yesterday.

    PLU…ended successfully with purple band on 4th, 5th, and 6th set. Couldn’t quite get a strict on 7th set.
    Getting out of bed is going to be difficult in the morning.
