41:08, mod: 1 ab mat for HSPU. This wod exposed lots of weaknesses.
Also, either my mods or time from 2015 had to have been incorrect. Just no way.
Hit cap on 4th HSPU
1st round strict plu w/ blue+purple band, all t2b and hspu with 2abmat on the ticker side, pistols mod w 18” box on the side and ring pu with knees on the ground
2nd round plu w red+blie bands, knees to elbows, and hspu w 2 abmat on the thinner side
Great wod to work on movements that I’m trying to improve but super hard

Scaled the pistols on 20″ box
TTB and rowing kicked my butt
Got through 10 ring push-ups in second round.
Hspu with 1 ab mat
Did sets of 3 on t2b the entire time. Really pleased I was able to string them together the whole time and didn’t have to go to singles.

Pull ups are feeling more controlled still used blue and green band.
Used 24″ box for HSPU, they need work getting comfortable moving upside down.
Ring push ups are for the birds!
