Athletes stop and perform 3 bar-facing burpees at the beginning of each minute.

Rx weight (95/65)

Masters 55 and up:  Rx Weight (75/50)

    45 Burpees
    The Burpees really messed with me. Just when I would get settled into the lift I had to stop and burpee..

    NTS: Next time snatch the bar to OHS. It took at least 3 minutes to get those done!

  2. Timer was all funky today… so D says it was either 18:48 or 19:48…
    60# on the barbell (43% of OHS). I should’ve gone for 65 (Rx) but I was not on the crazy train today.
    Couldn’t tell you how many burpees…

    NTFS – Stop wearing black pants when it ‘feels like’ 95 outside.

    I don’t know my time but it took me long time.
    Rx except for 45# OHS (45% 1RM)
    At least a zillion burpees
