The Burpees really messed with me. Just when I would get settled into the lift I had to stop and burpee..
NTS: Next time snatch the bar to OHS. It took at least 3 minutes to get those done!
Timer was all funky today… so D says it was either 18:48 or 19:48…
60# on the barbell (43% of OHS). I should’ve gone for 65 (Rx) but I was not on the crazy train today.
Couldn’t tell you how many burpees…
