Today was a shakeout wod after my half-marathon yesterday. In hindsight I should have rested today-didn’t realize how bad I hurt until I started moving. That being said, 38:06 with stepups instead of Box jumps and lots of walking on the runs.

Painful, tried to sandbag at the end and skip the last 400m but the ape caught me and made me do it anyway. :'(
