SWOD: Partnered with AL – 11:09 on the rower – 180 cals. I stayed under a 2:00 pace the whole time which was good… but I STRUGGLED on the 500.
CWOD: 153 Reps @ 75# (60% HPC). Finished round 11, wanted to die, started round 12, struggled, got 9 out of 12 of the HPC’s and then got crushed.
Great workout, way more difficult than I thought.

Wanted to die when D finished his last 100m in about 5 sec and I had to get back on rower. What a push!

CWOD. 8 rounds + 14 reps. Focused on connecting HPC. Keep bar close and elbows up.
