The OHS destroyed me so no chance at a ring MU
220 at 3:35 finished the workout with jumping PLU got all the way to last round of singles from 1st round (70ish singles).
18.3 redo. 220 reps Rx, 5:43 tiebreak time. Cut off 33 seconds from Saturday! Shoulders were dead on the OHS.
