Dumbbell Squats (50/35)*

Bar-facing Burpees

18.2a

1-rep max Clean

 

Time cap is 12:00 to complete both 18.2 AND 18.2a

*Use one dumbbell for each hand.

    18.1A 117 lbs – 5 lb increase

    I had a goal for this redo and I was able to get it! Thanks so much Coach Jimmy for helping me get there!!

    A) 8:05 – 59 second improvement
    B) 125 # (10# improvement from the 1st attempt), attempted 135# and fell out of the squat clean. Hit 130# power clean after the workout for a 5# PR!
