20 seconds Max Double Unders

Strength & Conditioning:

Every 90 seconds perform 1 cycle of*:

1 Deadlifts

1 Power Clean

1 Hang Squat Clean

1 Jerk

 

For max load

* Start at (95/63). Each round add (20/10).

 

Flexibility/Mobility:

Reclined Spinal Twist – 1:30/side

Half Straddle – 1:30/side

Pike Stretch – 1:30

20 Slow PVC pipe passovers

    Low round =20 (round 1)
    High round = 36

    Sorta kinda mostly didn’t like this exercise

    SWOD Complex =93#. Mod no squat in the hang clean.
    Worked 10 rounds adding 5lbs per round. Did not get to failure.

    High round – 38

    Felt good staying pretty close between about 35-38.

    SWOD Complex – 118# – I failed 118# once, Jimmy let me try again and I then I was successful. (94.4% C+J)

    Skill/CWOD – Ave 38 on 6 unbroken rounds. About 30 on catch rounds. High of 40.
    Swod. Failed on 215 during Wod. Successful after catching my breath. 92% so not great today. Grip was crap. Spending too much TUT finding hook grip at heavy loads.

    Felt good to have a barbell in my hands. It has been 10 days since touching one.
