    8 Rnds + 200 M + 5 PLU Mod
    53# FS
    CTB attempts (I probably got half) Gotta work those more because they always slow me down.

  3. Hit cap after completing 2 FS on round 10.
    Mod’s: 68#, jumping C2B, HSPU on box.
    So slooooow today. I still want to vomit…bleh!

    Mods: 52# FS (40%), jumping C2B, HSPU w/ blue mat + 1 abmat.
    This was a great WOD, knocked the wind out me!

    35:50 Rx. 2 mins slower than last time. Need to break up the HSPU earlier. First 5 rounds finished in 14:46. Last five rounds 21:05. Shoulders were smoked.

    NFFS: Pace the HSPU you dummy!

    2 rounds of Bulger Rx, 4:04
    trying to move at a “good” pace

    Then did mid-hang block power cleans
    worked up to 265# for 2 reps, i believe

    Then did 3×3 front sq at 85% (305#)
