    Got here late but did 3 rds in 5 mins of the CWOD.
    SWOD worked up to 8 reps at 175#

  9. CWOD: 1270 Rx (had to sub runs for rows on all but last round)
    SWOD: 8@125# (80.6%). Now that I’m so focused on safety my form is actually looking better than it has in a while. And my tailbone didn’t hurt so it’s a win win today!

      I was able to finally grasp the rope climb technique and the double unders got some much needed help as well!
