5 Deadlifts (275/185)

7 Handstand Push-ups

9 Bar-Over-Burpees

30 Pull-ups

30 meters Fat Bar front rack walking lunges (130/90)

150 Double Unders

30 Toes-2-Bar

30 Wall-Ball Shots (20/14) @ (10/9′)

    I will take that, stronger with age, now I have to get that speed back! 🙂
