12 Sit-ups

9 Wall-Ball Push-ups

6 Goblet Squats (70/53)

3 Wall-Climbs

Deadlifts

5 Reps @ 65% 1RM

4 Reps @ 70%

    D. CWOD. 260. Rx. Depth was parallel-ish on squats but no pain.
    No SWOD.

    Great job noon class! Had as much fun as you can have when wall climbs are involved.

    10 (didn’t fully lock out #11) at 445#. Lost grip on bar.

  9. CWOD: 200 Rx. Was getting a little lightheaded on the wall climbs so took them very slowly.
    SWOD: 3@165# (83.3%). Felt form go picking up the 4th so dropped it before I hurt myself.

    Felt tired going into last set of DL. Needed to pick up something heavy.
