K2C v T2B.
Light on snatches, 60. Form was much better – Olympic lifting week helped.

Note: have been slack in posting last month due to both shoulder and leg pain causing major scaling.

That was a good one! Great class today.

73# snatch, t2b attempts. Worked on kip and got toes as close to bar as I could… also didn’t die.
52:07 Rx (I think that’s right)
I’m sorry for all the pain and suffering I have caused. I am not responsible for any medical bills.
T. 47:27. 73# snatch
D. Didn’t die. Enjoyed being a part of the original albatross. This one not so much.

That was WAY TOUGHER than I thought it would be. I was exhausted afterwards! Strong work to everyone that performed this epic battle!
I am SO GLAD he didn’t use a 9-iron!!!

Mod 103# snatch
NTFS:
Took this as a skill day
Worked on opening up on snatches and MOVING my feet
On the run, focused on staying on my toes on the uphill
Toes 2 bar, connecting on second set, NAILED it! That is huge for me!
Bar over burpees, went fast on the first 5 and steped out the last 5
Suprisingly The DU gave me the most trouble
“Intermission after round 3”
54:56
45# snatch
3:1 jump rope
52:03
55# snatch
3:1 jump rope — tried about 15 double under’s but those are not my forte.
I did this at home so to be honest, my 400 meters might have been a little off.. I tried my best to measure. But… I was dead afterwards.
