Olympic Lifting Series will be at the 0845, 1200, and 1730 classes all week. Blake Barnes from Oklahoma Weightlifting Club, will be leading these classes through Clean & Jerk drills/work and Snatch drills/work. If you are not an MP member, but would like to join in, contact Coach Jimmy for more details. 0530 and 0630 classes will be normal.

    FINALLY!!
    I got the 225# Snatch monkey off my back!!

    Failed three times. Keep trying to make it happen. Listened to my lifting coach, Blake Barnes, to get under the bar with confidence. Hit it solid on next attempt. Super thrilled!!
