Mark calendars for May 15-19, Olympic Lifting Series at the 0845, 1200, and 1730 classes all week. Blake Barnes from Oklahoma Weightlifting Club, will be leading these classes through Clean & Jerk drills/work and Snatch drills/work. If you are not an MP member, but would like to join in, contact Coach Jimmy for more details.

 

Conditioning:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

2 Muscle-ups

5 T-Push-ups

10 Shoulder Touches

20 Double Unders

    I was instructionally challenged on this one. So my score is kinda screwed up. Geez, listening is hard.

    PU Challenge is printed and on top of cubbies. FYI: this is a complete at your own speed kinda challenge. The last one took me 10 weeks.

    CWOD 171 scaled with 4 pull ups and dips instead of 2 muscle ups. First wod to do double unders, up to 10 at a time.
    SWOD 5x 175# or 86%

  6. CWOD: 187, MU with bands
    SWOD: 4@145#. Form was terrible on the last set-back caved and dropped the 5th rep.
