Mark calendars for May 15-19, Olympic Lifting Series at the 0845, 1200, and 1730 classes all week. Blake Barnes from Oklahoma Weightlifting Club, will be leading these classes through Clean & Jerk drills/work and Snatch drills/work. CWOD scaled with 55# wb, 0 missed reps but thought round 6 was round 5 so I watched the clock for 30 seconds waiting to run.

CWOD: -35. Mod dips with skinny purple band. I’ve been trying to do them unassisted but feel my form has been bad so going back to work on form.
SWOD: strugglefest. 1@118#. Tried two more times and failed. Shoulders/triceps felt shot from CWOD.
