Skill: Satan’s Tricycle with D and Manny: each of us rode for 45 seconds. All got about .6 mile. So did 1.2 miles a piece at 90% of our RPMs ~73 RPM.
CWOD: 14:21 mod HS walk for HS walk progressions. Kick up at white line and try to walk to the wall 4X for the 10M. Messed up the first set of box overs. Did an extra set at the end.
NTFS: the new rogue boxes. 24″ side does not say 24 on the top. It says 30.
Rowing 2:08 on both 500 m rows.
