Decided to avoid the weather and do this one at home.

I can tell I haven’t done PLUs since I ripped a month ago.
Goal was 52 sec on the rower and I averaged 52.5. Much needed and helpful rower work.
CWOD timed out on 33 burpees. Just got over a 4 day illness so it was particularly brutal, no stamina.
Skill:
Goal pace was 1:36. I averaged 1:35.5. Felt good to hold that pace.

Definitely not a PR. Felt very heavy and shoulders were smoked. Got a good sweat going.
