    Skill:
    200m row: 0:43.6
    300m repeats: 2:01/2:01/2:01 pace. Consistent, but was shooting for 1:59.

    CWOD:
    28:37 Rx. New unbroken DU PR at 59 reps, and unbroken HSPU PR at 13 reps.
