  1. The compare to pic is one of my all time favorites of Boy Wonder.

    We ran a Mille and did the WOD team style.
    After the “divas” decided what multiples of 5 are.

  3. Team row with Muff and Pinky, 500m and 2x 250m, didn’t catch the time.
    CWOD 16:21 scaled with 65# front squat and push press, singles 3 to 1 jr

    Completed this wod rx-ish except for… everything.

    Team with Brent and Speedy row

    Capped cwod at 20 push press.

    Lack of sleep, missed warmup, and interval sprints 1.5 and bleachers over lunch.

    CWOD: 11:43 Rx. 51 seconds slower than last time. Blame
    It on getting over some sickness and being out of shape.

  6. Ran 4 hilly miles at lunch to try and get lactic acid out. It didn’t work.
    Rowed with Husband and Daniel. 11:59.8 for 3000m
    CWOD: 13:56Rx – 11 seconds faster than last time.
    My legs haven’t been this sore in a long time.
